Pay on Delivery
1. Pay on Delivery (POD)
Afronika offers Pay on Delivery to build trust and confidence for customers shopping online.
3. Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable 10% deposit of the total order value is required before your order is confirmed for delivery. This deposit is deducted from the order total at final payment.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for Pay on Delivery orders.
Note: If the device or the order has a factory defect, return is free within 7 days after delivery, but no free returns for human-caused damage, and all returnable orders must be sent to our Head Office for examination and approval-please log out from the device before returning. However, if this order is cancelled during processing or not collected upon delivery, delivery and return shipping fees, along with a 1% processing fee, will be deducted from the deposit
