Afronika Device Trade-In Terms and Conditions
By participating in our Device Trade-In Program, you (“the Trader”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Accuracy of InformationYou affirm that all information provided to us during the trade-in process is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If any information is found to be false or misleading, you shall be held solely responsible and liable for any consequences or legal actions that may arise from such misrepresentation.
- Prohibition of Stolen DevicesYou agree and confirm that the device being traded is not stolen or unlawfully obtained. We strictly prohibit the trade-in of any stolen items. If it is discovered that the device was stolen, you shall bear full legal responsibility and consequences.We (the receiving party) will not be held liable for any legal action initiated in connection with such a device.
- Authenticity of Purchase Receiptyou confirm that the document-purchase receipt provided is genuine and has not been altered or forged in any way except if it is an affidavit from the court of law of federal republic of Nigeria that certified you have lost the device purchase receipt. If it is discovered that you forged the purchase receipt provided, you shall bear full legal responsibility and consequences.
- Finality of Trade-In TransactionOnce the trade-in has been accepted and payment has been made to you, the transaction is considered final. You shall not request or demand the return of the device under any circumstance after payment has been issued.
- Condition of the DeviceYou affirm that the device being traded is in the working condition as described in the trade-in form. Any discrepancies, hidden faults, or false claims regarding the device’s condition may result in rejection of the trade-in or adjustment of the trade-in value.
- Legal LiabilityBy agreeing to these terms, you accept full responsibility for any legal or financial repercussions that may arise from the violation of any of the above clauses. You indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from false declarations, stolen property, or fraudulent documentation.
