Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Delivery dates depend on product availability and shipping option chosen.
  • Shipping is weight-based, rounded up per courier policies.
  • Item weights are listed on product detail pages

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Afronika accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
  • Afronika does not bear the return shipping fee for pay on delivery orders. 
  • Note: If the device or the order has a factory defect, return is free within 7 days after delivery, but no free returns for human-caused damage, and all returnable orders must be sent to our Head Office for examination and approval-please log out from the device before returning

To initiate a return:

  2. Contact us through our support page or chatbot with your order number.
  3. Once approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 1 day after delivery:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

5. Exchange Warranty (if applicable):

Our Refurbished devices comes with 1 year repair warranty covering manufacturer defects. For warranty claims, contact us

6. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes are included in your invoice unless otherwise stated.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.

7. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment is received.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Afronika’s liability is limited to the cost of purchased goods.
We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages.


9. Pay on Delivery (POD)

Afronika offers Pay on Delivery to build trust and confidence for customers shopping online.

    • non-refundable 10% deposit of your total order is required before confirming your delivery. This amount is deducted from your order total.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on Pay on Delivery orders.

Afronika offers Pay on Delivery (POD) to build trust and give customers confidence when shopping online.

3. Deposit Requirement:
non-refundable 10% deposit of the total order value is required before your order is confirmed for delivery. This deposit is deducted from the total at payment.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for Pay on Delivery orders.

Note: If the device or the order has a factory defect, return is free within 7 days after delivery, but no free returns for human-caused damage, and all returnable orders must be sent to our Head Office for examination and approval-please log out from the device before returning. However, if this order is cancelled during processing or not collected upon delivery, delivery and return shipping fees, along with a 1% processing fee, will be deducted from the deposit;

Device Trade-In Program

Afronika’s Device Trade-In Program allows customers to exchange old devices for value.

How It Works:

  1. Submit Device Details: Provide accurate details, including model, condition, and receipt (if available).
  2. Evaluation: Afronika verifies authenticity and condition.
  3. Offer: A fair trade-in value is calculated.
  4. Choose Your Benefit:
    • Apply value toward a new device, or
    • Receive payment in cash or bank transfer.
  5. Finalize Trade: Once payment is issued, the old device becomes Afronika property and is non-returnable.

Trade-In Declaration

  1. Accuracy of Information: Any false details make you fully liable.
  2. No Stolen Devices: If found stolen, you bear full legal responsibility.
  3. Receipt Authenticity: Only original or court-certified affidavits are accepted. Forgery results in liability.
  4. Finality: Trades are final; devices cannot be reclaimed.
  5. Device Condition: Misrepresentation may lead to rejection or price adjustment.
  6. Legal Liability: You indemnify Afronika against claims, losses, or damages from fraudulent activity.
